SecureCheck ("we", "us", "our") provides free SSL certificate and DNS record lookup tools. This policy explains what information is collected when you use the site at ssldnsverify.nexsaas.in, and how it's used.

2. Information We Collect

Domain names you submit: When you check a domain's SSL certificate or DNS records, that domain name is sent to our server to perform the lookup. We do not store a permanent history of domains checked.

IP address: Your IP address is temporarily used to enforce rate limits (preventing abuse of the service) and is held in memory only — it is not written to a database or persisted after the rate-limit window expires.

No account data: This service does not require registration, so we do not collect names, emails, or passwords unless a future feature (such as expiry alert subscriptions) explicitly asks you to provide one.

3. Cookies & Third-Party Services

We may use the following third-party services, which can set their own cookies or collect data according to their own privacy policies:

• Font Awesome (CDN) — used to load icons; may log basic request data (IP, browser) as part of normal CDN operation.
• Analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) — if enabled, this collects anonymized usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device type) to help us understand traffic.
• Advertising (e.g. Google AdSense) — if enabled, ad providers may use cookies to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings.

4. How We Use Information

Information collected is used solely to: (a) perform the DNS/SSL lookup you requested, (b) prevent abuse through rate limiting, and (c) understand aggregate site usage to improve the service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

Domain lookup requests are processed in real time and are not stored after the response is returned to you. Rate-limit tracking data (IP + timestamp) is automatically cleared after each rate-limit window expires.

6. Children's Privacy

This service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves (for example, when adding new features like email alerts or API access). Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
